Skin Testing
- If a client has exactly the same colour as usual, with no change to depth or tone and no irritations then she/he can be skin tested on a yearly basis, recorded and kept on file for 6 years.
- When the client is a new colour client or is using a different brand/shade you should carry out the skin allergy test 48 hours before the colour application with the shade you will be using or if the shade is unknown the darkest shade form the chosen brand.”
