A. Yes. There are many FHBF members who do work part time and have a business.
Q. Can I be a member if I rent a chair?
A. Yes. Many members are part time in a salon, some are part time tutors and run their own businesses.

A. Yes you can. The FHBF recognises that there are many talented and professional freelance hairdressers and beauty therapists out there, and not just in the UK. In response to high demand over the years we have developed our World Wide membership exactly for you.

A. Yes you can. Provided you have recognised qualifications.

A. Yes and you should do on all of your business material. The FHBF logo is recognition of your professionalism and it offers piece of mind for your clients knowing that you are a highly trained professional endorsed by the FHBF and running a fully insured business.

Q. Is there any training near to me?
A. The FHBF provides training throughout the UK wherever it has strong support. We will always endeavour to supply training when requests are made for specific areas.
If there is a regional group in your area you will have local training organised by your Regional Rep.

A. The FHBF has a competitively priced unique Public Liability Insurance policy written for its members. As soon as you join you can apply for insurance and be set up immediately.

A. Membership is £55 per year - that's roughly just £1 per week!
