 FHBF Artistic Team

The FHBF has been telling the industry for years that its members are the elite of the freelance sector; now the Artistic Team will show them!
FHBF Artistic Team sponsored by Wella

The FHBF is delighted to introduce the newly-formed Artistic Team sponsored by Wella. The team members are Claire Wallace, Julie Dowen, Sam Cue, Theresa Bullock, Shirley Sinclair, Theresa Grover, Karen Oraysher and Victoria Barnes.

 What is it?
The team has been formed to promote the FHBF and be representative of the standard of work produced by the freelance sector. The FHBF has been telling the industry for years that its members are the elite of the freelance sector; now the Artistic Team will show them! And at the same time they will continue with the FHBF UK Awareness Campaign throughout the country.

 How did it start?
Initially there were several meetings; the first one was to pool resources and share thoughts, ideas and experiences to see how they would take the general concept forward.

A Presentation Skills day was held at Wella studio in London, with John Huscroft, followed by another session to get to know one another artistically and brainstorm ideas to create a theme for the road show that they will take around the country.

As a result of these meetings, the FHBF "ELECTRIK GLAMOUR" presentation was born!

 Electrik Glamour
"ELECTRIK GLAMOUR" presents cutting and colour techniques to illustrate where the FHBF Artistic team believes fashion is going each season. The team works with the Wella colour and product ranges, and Wella equipment, to produce their eagerly awaited fashion predictions.

 Roadshow
The presentations can be taken into colleges to visually demonstrate the Artistic Team's predictions for where they feel the trends of hairstyling and colours are going, and at the same time give information and an overview of the FHBF.

 Thank you!
The FHF Would like to thank the Artistic Team members who have volunteered their services for this exciting venture and to Wella for their help, interest and generous sponsorship. As part of the sponsorship the team members have access to specialised Wella training courses and demonstrations to ensure they are kept updated with fashion colours, styles and trends. They will also be working with equipment provided by Wella.

 Interested in a demonstration?
If you are at college, attending courses or running them, and you think your college would be interested in a demonstration from our Artistic Team, please contact Sheila for more details.
