About the FHBF

The FREELANCE HAIR & BEAUTY FEDERATION is the only UK organisation that represents the self-employed, freelance operators in the hair and beauty industry. Established in 1993 the Freelance Hair & Beauty Federation is responsible for promoting and growing the standards of the freelance/mobile sector and ensuring the welfare of our members.

A not for profit organisation, the FHBF represents committed, self employed individuals, giving them both a voice within the industry and assisting them with advice, training, support, supplier discounts, events as well as an impressive array of benefits. On application potential members are vetted to ensure they meet strict criteria assuring they are running a professional, bone fide business.
